All bikes are shipped via specialized freight carriers in 85% assembled condition. We recommend final assembly and safety checks be performed by a professional mechanic at a local bike shop.
What is the warranty policy on Marin frames?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all rigid frames and a five-year warranty on full-suspension frames against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the continental United States and Canada. For other regions, please use our Dealer Locator to find an authorized international distributor.
What is your return policy for accessories and components?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How do I choose the correct bike size?
Each model page features a comprehensive size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
